With over 25 years of legal practice, Oleksandr Petrov has spent more than 20 years specializing in dispute resolution, representing clients before all levels of Ukrainian commercial and administrative courts, including the Supreme Court. Before founding ArsLegem, he was Managing Partner at SP Partners, a boutique Ukrainian law firm. He has been in private practice since 2003, holding partner positions for over 18 years.
His career began in corporate legal departments, where he gained firsthand experience in business operations. Over the years, Oleksandr has actively participated in the work of advisory committees with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, and regularly takes part in legal forums, seminars, and conferences.
Oleksandr is a graduate of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and has been practicing law in Ukraine since 2000. He obtained his advocate’s license in 2005.
