ArsLegem represented interests of international agro-industrial group active in Nothern, Cenrtal and Eastern Europe, Mediterranean, Middle East, Central and Latin America. The project related to liquidation of one of the group’s Ukrainian subsidiaries in form of a limited liability company.

The complexity of the liquidation process was in significant debt of the liquidated company towards its parent company. Consequently, the liquidation process was fulfilled through the bankruptcy proceedings.
