ArsLegem Represented Philip Morris in Tax Litigations for over UAH 458 mil.

ArsLegem’s advocates under the lead of Oleksandr Petrov successfully represented Philip Morris Ukraine in administrative courts, including appeal and cassation instances, and provided legal support to the company in over 10 court tax related disputes versus State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in 2016 and first half of 2017.

As a result of meticulously developed legal position and efficient use of available evidence materials, ArsLegem managed to achieve court decisions in favour of Philip Morris Ukraine, totalling in over UAH 458 million (approximately EUR 14.5 million ).
