3rd Ukrainian Antitrust Forum Organized by Yurydychna Practyka

On 31 May 2017 ArsLegem’s partner Oleksandr Petrov participated in the 3rd Ukrainian Antitrust Forum, organized by “Yurydychna Practyka” newspaper.

During the Forum participants, including state commissioners and heads of departments of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, discussed existing issues with legal regulation of protection of economic competition as well as the immediate prospects for improving antitrust laws and its enforcement procedures.
